ReZone Coaches

At ReZone, we believe it’s important that there is alignment between the coach, the sponsoring organization and the individual receiving the coaching.    The more clearly you can understand our organization and those who represent it, the better equipped you’ll be to see if ReZone is a fit for the leader(s) and your organization.

Every ReZone coach brings a unique collection of experiences and skills.  Although each coach is unique in his or her own way, all have commonalities in their backgrounds and experiences. Paramount to being selecting as a ReZone Coach, all subscribe to a consistent set of values and beliefs around leadership, coaching, and the importance of a well balanced life.  We invite you to take a closer look at ReZone to learn more.

ReZone Executive Coaching Standards

Each ReZone Coach has been carefully selected to ensure professionalism, approachability, comfort with complex issues, and a willingness to challenge a client to focus on being at their best.

At ReZone, we believe that coaches who possess first hand experience successfully leading others under fire, during times of chaos, have a unique ability to empathize with clients facing similar challenges. Every ReZone Coach has a background that includes holding formally defined leadership roles in organizations while leading under stress, pressure and/or during significant change. Despite the challenging situations, each demonstrated an ability to achieve significant success.

All ReZone coaches believe in putting the leader first in a balanced approach to coaching that values leadership development, exceptional on-the-job performance and a well rounded high quality of life that reaches beyond the workplace.

ReZone Founder, Brian Houp

Coaching others through chaotic times is nothing new to Brian. His 14 years spent leading in the fast-paced telecommunications advertising industry presented him with the challenge of coaching others through 5 mergers and acquisitions. Despite the constant change, Brian’s teams thrived. Most were recognized in the top 5% of their peers across the globe.

Since 2013, Brian has been coaching a variety of key leaders in many different situations. From corporate organizations to nonprofits to independently owned businesses, the tactics and strategies used are uniquely customized for each leader and his or her situation.

It takes a high achiever to coach high achievers. Brian is constantly challenging himself to achieve at higher levels. Although shamefully voted the office workaholic at one point in his career, Brian has learned to use his personal life experiences and past business successes to coach others in a unique way that delivers both personal satisfaction and business results.

He takes great pride in a personal commitment to his faith and family. He works hard to be fully present with his two-time breast cancer survivor wife while raising nephews that lost their mother following her long battle with substance abuse.
