ReZone Coaching Core Values

  1. Clarity and simplicity are imperative in a fast-paced business environment prone to overwhelm.

  2. Hard work and commitment are the keys to consistent steady progress forward.

  3. Today’s leaders have excessive workloads. An executive coach must be reasonable when suggesting work beyond coaching sessions.

  4. Addition happens by subtraction. Giving increased attention and focus to the most important and powerful priorities while reducing time on lower impact items will lead to significant success.

  5. Time is a precious resource. An executive coach should attend every meeting on time and prepared to respect the time of others.

  6. Important communications elicit timely responses. An executive coach should respond to client messages within 1 business day (Exceptions for holidays, vacations or planned time away from work).

  7. Quality of life beyond career success is invaluable. This includes maintaining quality relationships with family/friends and taking care of oneself mentally, physically and spiritually.

  8. Professionalism should not replace authenticity. They can and should co-exist.

  9. Confidentiality is paramount to any successful coaching relationship.

  10. Continued personal growth is a priority. Executive coaches should be taking regular actions to improve themselves and others. (including currently working with a coach/mentor of their own)

  11. Going over and above to help clients and colleagues brings real joy to the lives of ourselves and those we encounter
