Multiple leaders in one organization participate in their own individual leadership development journeys alongside their peers. The content is tailored to the unique needs of the participants and the organization. Learning discussions and peer coaching sessions center around real-world scenarios that are current, relevant, and unique to their own organization. 

In addition to group sessions, each participant receives confidential 1:1 Executive Coaching to maximize the benefit of individual development.
