You already know me as a coach, but I’m also a husband, a dad, a proud grandfather, and someone who’s passionate about the outdoors.
When I’m not coaching senior leaders, you might find me skiing down a mountain, enjoying a family vacation with my family, or enjoying the many things my city has to offer (like great food, bourbon, and the Kentucky Derby).
A Life Full of Chapters
I've been married to my incredible wife, Karma, for over 23 years, and together we've raised 3 amazing kids, each with their own unique path. I could not be proud of the amazing men our sons have become.
Becoming a grandfather has added a whole new layer of joy and perspective to my life. There's something about seeing the next generation grow that makes you reflect on your own growth, too.

Why Coaching?
I didn’t land in coaching by accident. My journey started in sales leadership, where I led teams, navigated big transitions, and learned the hard way what makes leadership both rewarding and difficult. Over time, I realized my greatest impact came not from making decisions, but from helping others make theirs. Coaching became the natural next step.
My personal life shapes the way I coach: I understand the pressure to perform while also trying to stay present at home. I know what it's like to question your own capacity even when others see you as the steady one. Coaching isn't just my profession, it's personal.
